Q. How often should I do a cleanse?
A. Once every quarter (every 90 days), that’s 4 times a year. You should follow your colon cleanse with a high quality, daily fiber supplement. Once you cleanse, you want to keep your colon clean. When toxic substances are released from the cleanse, fiber helps capture these substances and move them out of the body.
