Vegetable oils, such as soybean or safflower, can lubricate your

Mix the following and eat over crackers:
- 1 or 2 avocados, peeled, mashed
- 1 or 2 tbsp. lemon, adjusted to your liking
- 3 or 4 tbsp. apple-cider vinegar
- Dash of sea salt
