Constipation and Lower Back Pain

When you are constipated, that means that things are backed up in your digestive tract. Food, instead of moving through smoothly, is getting stuck in the track and starting to pile up. You can’t keep adding to the inside of your body and not expect there to be some sort of reaction. As more and more waste backs up in the system, there will be more and more pressure put on the digestive system, the walls of your innards and that will eventually push on other organs and parts of the body.

That pressure will continue pushing outwards until it leads to pressure and inflammation in your back. Often this is the first time people notice they have a problem and have no idea it is linked to their need for constipation relief.

>> It is a fact that even minor cases of constipation can involve back pain.
