Constipation Relief & Drink Enough Liquids
If you are in the office all day you should make room at your desk for an always available drink source. Keep a large cup or bottle of water beside you and keep sipping on it all day long. Refill it when it gets empty. If you get into a habit of doing this you will not have a problem keeping your body hydrated.
While hydrating in itself may be enough of a Constipation cure for your body, if it isn’t, you may need to do something more.
