Ignoring the Call

Some people put off going to the bathroom until a convenient time. Perhaps you are trying to get your body on a regular schedule to go, so you are not running at all hours of the day. Well, this can lead to an upset system or hardening stool that can become a bowel obstruction and you may become constipated.

Changes

What they mean by this is changes in the way you usually do things. Changing any of the normal way you do things abruptly can confuse your body and cause it to become constipated. For example, if you are to suddenly change your diet, whether for the better or worse, it could lead to constipation. Even if you change your exercise regimen or are traveling more than usual, these things can lead to a bout of constipation.

Stress
