How To Know You're Constipated
A lot of people are embarrassed when it comes
to talking about bodily waste. From flatulence to constipation
and diarrhea, people more often just live with things that could
be problematic then figuring out what's going on. In this article
were going to look at constipation, how to tell if you have
constipation, what you need to do to cleanse colon waste out
to cure constipation and what a colon cleanse is.
First let's figure out how to tell if you have
constipation. There are a couple of things that can quickly
let you know if you're constipated. If you strain more than
25% of the time when you're trying to have a bowel movement,
this is a good sign that you're suffering from constipation.
Additionally, if once you have a movement you notice the stools
are relatively hard more than a quarter of the time, this is
another sign. Do you often have that feeling that you just can't
finish your bowel movement? Or do you have only one or two bowel
movements over the course of a week? All of these are signs
that you may have a constipation problem and need to be looking
into a way to cleanse colon waste away to get your body back
to normal
The first thing you're going to need to do is
actually study your body. Chronic constipation is something
that happens regularly, over 2-3 months at a time. So, for the
next 2-3 months keep an eye on how your body is acting when
it comes to bowel movements. Do you have any of the symptoms
above? If you do, it may be time to look for a colon cleanse
to stop the problem.
So what is a colon cleanse? A lot of people have
heard the term, but aren't sure exactly how it works. Well that's
going to depend on what type of colon cleanse you get. One type
of colon cleanse you could do yourself, at home. The other one
you'll need to go to a medical practitioner for assistance with.
The first type of colon cleanse you can do yourself.
This is an oral colon cleanse. This cleans is taken in the form
of a supplement, usually a capsule, that you will take for a
few days in a row. The active ingredients within this will work
to help your body flush out any waste that may be hard, compacted
or stuck throughout the entire digestive tract.
The other colon cleanse option involves going
into a doctor's office to have it done. In this case, a tube
is inserted in the rectum. A liquid solution is then used to
literally wash the walls of the colon to remove any waste that
may be stopped or impacted, causing constipation.
