Fiber Rich Diet and Cleansing For Constipation
Relief
If you have regular bouts of frustration with
constipation and are always searching for constipation relief,
you have come to the right place. In this article we are going
to take a two-fold approach to constipation relief. The first
part is getting your digestive system cleared out and running
smoothly and the second part is adding things to your system
that will keep it that way.
Cleaning Out Your Digestive System
So, if you are already on the hunt for constipation
relief that means you already have some problems with backed
up waste in your digestive tract and intestines. If this is
the case, you need to get all that waste cleared out before
you worry about how to make things go more smoothly in the future.
It may be time to take on a constipation relief method that
many people use – colon cleansing.
Colon cleansing is where you literally clean out
the colon. There are a couple of ways to do this. Some people
go in to a medical office and have a colonic done, which literally
uses a water solution to flush any packed up waste out of the
colon, but this only accomplishes half of the job.
If you have waste further up in your digestive
tract, you won’t be able to get that out with a colonic.
Instead you will need to take an oral colon cleanser that will
flush out all of the waste from the top down. This is a great
way to really clean out your system and have it ready to be
taken care of.
Keeping Your Digestive System Clean
The next thing you need to do is work towards
having a body that does not need constipation relief. This means
you need to switch to a fiber rich diet.
Fiber acts as a natural cleaner to your digestive tract. When
you have foods that are high in fiber the fiber content of those
foods that becomes waste will also kind of act like a cleaner,
moving easily through your intestines and scooping up any other
lost particles with it.
You should try to have around 30 grams of fiber
a day in your diet if you want to have optimal digestive health.
This means packing your diet with foods like whole grains, vegetables
and fruits. Seeds, nuts and beans also fit in this category.
